One Arrested For Shoplifting at Walmart on Christmas Eve

Around 6 in the evening on Christmas Eve, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart in Cortlandville for a reported larceny. During an investigation into the larceny, officers determined 41 year old Jaymie L. Fox of Cortland, didn’t pay for merchandise and left the store.

Officers arrested Fox and charged her with Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor, she was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and later released on an appearance ticket. Fox is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
