One Arrested For Shoplifting at Thrifty Shopper

Officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Thrifty Shopper on Wednesday, August 28th just after 4:30 in the afternoon for a reported larceny. During the investigation, officers determined 44 year old Erica J. Brown of Cortland, had stolen merchandise from the store.

She was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor. She was taken to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and later released on an appearance ticket. Brown is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
