Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart in Cortlandville on Thursday, October 12th around 8:30 in the evening for a reported larceny.
An investigation found 23 year old Brian M. Belardinella Jr of Cortlandville, had stolen merchandise from the store.. He was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor.
Belardinella Jr. was taken to the Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and later released on an appearance ticket. He is due in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
