Patricia Malbone 92, of Cortland NY passed away September 11th, 2021 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center following a brief illness. Patricia was born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 3, 1929, the daughter of the late William Stewart Taylor and Marcella Elizabeth Painter.
Pat graduated from the University of Minnesota where she met her future husband, Dr. Raymond Malbone, the love of her life. She was predeceased by Raymond in 2015 and by her son Randall Malbone in 1997.
Surviving are her close friends Norma Rhodes, Kathy Brainard, her late son’s two best friends Ronald Walsh and David Stewart and their families.
In accordance with Patricia’s wishes, services will be private.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Catholic Charities or Cortland Loaves & Fishes.
