Noreen A. “Tootie” Boyce, 79, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away January 21, 2022 at the Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. Tootie married Kenneth W. Boyce on July 30, 1960. She lived and worked in Cortland her entire life.
