Mary L. Bramhall, 90, of Route 11, Homer passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023 in the Cortland Regional Nursing Facility.
She was born February 6, 1933 in Kennebunk, Maine, a daughter of the late Charles M. and Ida Bradbury Cousens.
She had an unyielding faith in the love, grace, and forgiveness of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Mary was a talented artist who excelled in oil painting, she was a professional cake decorator, enjoyed knitting, garment making and was a fantastic cook. Her family will miss her delicious apple pies.
Surviving are two sons, Paul M. (Martha) Bramhall of Homer and Charles J. Bramhall of Lebanon, ME; her brother, Charles (Barbara) Cousens of Delevan, WI; and a sister, Eleanor Nason of Kennebunk, ME Maine; two grandchildren, Jessica (Kyle) Austin of Norfolk, VA and Jason (Marita) Bramhall of Johnson City and four great-grandchildren, Luther, Carolyn and Percival Austin and Sylvia Bramhall.
Mary was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Paul J. Bramhall in 2001.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023 at the Calvary Baptist Church, 6753 State Route 281, Preble. The family will receive friends and relatives at the church on Monday from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Interment in Glenwood cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
