Obituary of John Kelley

John R. Kelley, 80, of Salt Road, Groton, NY passed away at home on March 5, 2026.

Born in New Hampshire on June 6, 1945, John was a farmer to his core. Hauling cattle, raising dairy cows, and everything in between, farming was his passion and his life.

John is predeceased by his wife Pauline “Polly” and his son Shawn.

He is survived by his son, Daniel Kelley and grandson Kyle.

Visitation will be on Friday March 13, 2026 at Zirbel Funeral Home in Groton from 1pm to 3pm, with a 3pm service officiated by Pastor Sam Neno of Groton Assembly of God.
