Bradley J. LeFever, 65, of Homer, passed away on January 6, 2022 following a brief illness.
A lifelong area resident, he was born August 2, 1956 as son of the late Max R. and Shirley Stoker LeFever.
Brad was passionate about fire service. In the past, he served as a volunteer member of the Homer Fire Department and was employed for a number of years by the City of Cortland Fire Department.
Surviving are his son, Aaron (Amber) LeFever of Homer; a sister, Karen (Loren ‘Smiley’) Prince of Tully; and three grandchildren, Crew, Ivy and Beau LeFever.
In keeping with Brad’s wishes, there will be no services.
Memorial contributions in Mr. LeFever’s name may be directed to the Homer Fire Dept., 45 S. Main St., Homer, NY 13077 or to the Cortland SPCA, 879 McLean Rd., Cortland, NY 13045.
The family would like to extend a Thank You to ICU staff at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center for their care and compassion and also a special Thank You to his good friend David Brown.
