The New York State Department of Transportation will be doing their part in recognition of Earth Day. The DOT will be conducting a statewide “Trash Blitz” tomorrow from 8am to 10am to help protect the environment and beautify local communities.
DOT workers will join together to collect and dispose of litter along roadwars, highways, and other locations throughout the state. The cleanup will show the commitment workers have to make their communities a better place to live and work in.
