New York’s official health plan marketplace will be making certified enrollment assisters available at public libraries across upstate New York this month.
New York State of Health navigators and other enrollment assisters will do this in order to educate and help New Yorkers enroll in quality, affordable health care insurance. They’ll provide in-person support to library patrons to answer questions, schedule appointments, and educate them on their plan options.
Locally, one of these events takes place tomorrow at the Phillips Free Library in Homer 1-5 PM, and February 28th at the Cortland Free Library 2-6 PM.
