NY Senator Webb – $30,000 in State Funding Announced For Arts & Culture in Cortland County
New York State Senator Lea Webb (SD-52) says three grants were announced totaling $10,000 to support nonprofit arts and cultural organizations in Cortland County. The grant funding comes from the New York State Council on the Arts.
“I’m proud to help secure this funding, which will support the creativity, storytelling, and economic activity that make Cortland County such a special place to live,” said Senator Webb. “These grants ensure that artists and cultural institutions of all sizes have the resources they need to continue enriching our region. Investing in our local arts and cultural organizations is essential to building vibrant and thriving communities.”
The three grantees received $10,000 each. Those are the Cortland Repertory Theatre, Inc, Cultural Council of Cortland County, and the Center for the Arts for the project, Liz Arnold: Liz Arnold: A Space This Big, a Memoir.
