NWS Issues Tornado Watch Until 9pm Wednesday

The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Tornado Watch for a majority of Upstate New York. The watch is until 9pm Wednesday (July 10th). The NWS says a few tornadoes are likely with isolated hail up to half an inch in size possible.

Scattered wind gusts are possible up to 70 mph.
