Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies will reach out to high school students this week in their annual No Empty Chair campaign. Deputies hope by raising awareness to highway dangers, there will be no empty chairs during prom or graduation.
The effort begins today with an emphasis on Speeding in School Zones.
