Nestlé has announced a voluntary recall of Nestlé Toll House Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough with Fudge Filling Products due to the potential presence of foreign material in the product.
The recall only affects this specific product and not other Nestlé brand products. No illnesses or injuries have been reported. The company states it “took action out of an abundance of caution after a small number of consumers contacted Nestlé USA about this issue.”
Consumers are being urged not to prepare or consume the product and should return the product to the retailer where it was purchased for either a replacement or refund. Consumers can also contact Nestlé USA for further support at (800) 681-1676 Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.
