New York E-ZPass and Tolls By Mail Website To Remain Offline While Updated

Effective through Monday, April 21st, E-ZPass and Tolls by Mail websites, Tolls NY mobile app, and customer service center will be temporarily offline as major improvements are in the process of being implemented. 

To accommodate those needing to pay during this interruption of services, temporary delays in late fee charges, escalations to collections, and payment due dates will be in effect.

This interruption in services does not affect Toll capturing and E-ZPass tags however. For more information, visit thruway.ny.gov/ezpass.
