New York Bettors Set Records In First Month

Sports wagering in our state is setting records in its first month.

The nearly $2-billion wagered is more than any other state has ever reported, and should generate about $70-million in tax revenue for the state.

Bets totaled more than $600M on football, over $540M on basketball and nearly $80M on hockey.

Super Bowl wagering will be reported on Friday.
