The Cortland Area Communities That Care (CACTC) will be launching new tools which will help engage and support partners. The new portals created will make it easier for partners to access services and resources that CACTC offers and put into practice in their partnerships.
One of those new tools will be the launch of a new website for CACTC. The current website is getting reworked to better inform partners and the public about their work, product and services. The expected launch date of the new website will be towards the end of March.
Additionally, two portals are now available to view that will show what CACTC has to offer. Those are the Health Communications Portal and the Data and Epidemiology Portal. The Health Communications Portal will feature customizable public health campaigns while the Data and Epidemiology Portal will provide resources and tools to find and use data, and collaboration opportunities.
