Construction has progressed along quickly for the new Byrne Dairy convenience store and gas station on the corner of Port Watson and River Street in the City of Cortland.
Byrne Dairy has informed X101 News the new store has a tentative opening date of mid-June. The new store will feature several gas pumps, and similar products as the Homer location.
For the current Byrne Dairy Convenience store on Groton Ave, the fate of this store has not been determined yet. Byrne Dairy said the status of this location “will be determined” later on and had no further comment on the status.
Currently, the Groton Ave. location has been listed through real estate agency Howard Hanna, with a asking price of $299,000. The building was built in 1970.
