A 37-year-old Onondaga County man has been indicted on two felony counts of assault and other charges for causing a crash that injured 26 people on a bus.
Robert Tarbell of Nedrow is accused of being under the influence of alcohol when he abandoned his car on I-81 back in November. Sheriff’s deputies said the charter bus crashed while trying to avoid Tarbell’s car that was left in the driving lane.
