National Weather Service Warns of Damaging Winds, Hail, and Isolated Tornadoes For Tuesday

The National Weather Service (NWS) at Binghamton is warning of severe weather for late Tuesday afternoon into the evening hours. The NWS says tomorrow’s severe weather could produce strong damaging winds, hail, and isolated tornadoes.

The severe weather is due to the passage of a strong cold front. Heavy downpours are also expected during thunderstorms passing through the area. The NWS has issued a Level 3, Enhanced Risk, in their assessment of weather conditions for Tuesday.
