National Weather Service Binghamton Issues Flood Warning

The National Weather Service (NWS) at Binghamton has issued a Flood Warning until Wednesday, December 20th at 7am.
Minor flooding is expected, the NWS says, primarily along the Tioughnioga River in Cortland. The river is expected to rise above flood stage (8 feet) tomorrow morning with a crest of 8.1 feet by early afternoon.
The NWS says the river will fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
