National Night Out in Homer Tonight

The National Night Out is tonight in the Village Homer on the Village Green from 4 to 9pm. The theme for this year is “Give Neighborhood Crime and Drugs a Going Away Party.




The event is to build relationships with all first responders in the area, not just from the Village of Homer, but the State, County, and other local communities.

Free entertainment, demonstrations, carnival games, free wagon rides, live music, food, and competitions are just a few of the things you’ll be able to do.

On top of the events there will also be a competition for the Cortland County Cup and a Cornhole competition with proceeds split from the winning team and going towards the Special Olympics.

Main Street in Homer will be closed from 4 to 9pm between Clinton St. and Cayuga St.
