Multiple violations were found during an inspection of the Cortland Estates Mobile Home park on October 12th of this year by the Town of Cortlandville Code Department.
The inspection found numerous violations at multiple trailers in the park. The most notable violation found was the “accumulation of garbage/rubbish.” Another violation noted was the placement of propane tanks being stored on the side of trailers with exposure to driveway and vehicular damage, a fire code violation.
The owner of Cortland Estates Mobile Home Park is listed as CNY MHPS, LLC with an address based in Rocester at 90 Airpark Dr STE 400.
The mobile home park currently seeks a renewal application for the 2023 year. A re-inspection will be required with all violations corrected for approval of application renewal.
Mobile home park permits must be renewed annually with applications submitted to the Town of Cortlandville Clerk by December 1st.
