An investigation found 31 year old Quashawn D. Prince drove past the protected person’s home and then a short time later entered the residence without permission.

He was arraigned and remanded to Cortland County Jail. Prince is scheduled to appear in court at a later time. Assisting Cortland Police was the New York State Police and the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.
