On Wednesday, August 30th, officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded again to Stevens Manor at 3700 Homestead Ave. in Cortlandville for a trespass complaint.
An investigation found 31 year old Chelin Kash and 33 year old Kristopher C. Woodman, both of Homer, were trespassing inside an apartment building. Officers also discovered Kash provided false information regarding her identity.
Both Kash and Woodman were arrested by officers. Kash was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 2nd, and Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd, both Misdemeanors. Woodman is facing charges of Criminal Trespass in the 2nd, a Misdemeanor. Both were issued appearance tickets and are due in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
