Officers from the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office responded to 5940 South Street Road in the Town of Fleming on September 3rd around 5:30 in the morning for a reported domestic dispute.
An investigation found 28 year old Brittany Kuhlmann of Moravia, had intentionally impeded the breathing of a victim during a physical altercation. Officers charged her with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, a Misdemeanor.
Kuhlmann was arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Process and later released on her own recognizance.
