CORTLAND, N.Y. – Graduate student Matthew Stefaniw (Rochester/Eastridge) scored with 17 seconds remaining in regulation to lift the fourth-seeded Brockport men’s soccer team to a 3-2 victory at top-seeded and nationally 14th-ranked Cortland Wednesday night in the SUNYAC Semifinals. The Red Dragons dropped to 12-5-2 on the season and await a possible at-large bid into the NCAA Div. III playoffs. The Golden Eagles improved to 9-3-6 and advanced to face second-seeded Oneonta in the title game Saturday.
