Tuesday night’s City Council meeting in Cortland will focus on this year’s Big Event, permits for St. Anthony’s Fest and Memorial Day.
A permit to keep five chickens at a home on Elm Street is up for review.
Also on the agenda, presentation of a Center for Governmental Research study on Public Safety in Cortland, and another study of business development in downtown Cortland will be received.
Aldermen will be asked to approve hiring and paying for an engineer for design of the new anaerobic digester at the wastewater treatment plant.
The Tully Board of Education and St. Mary’s School Board meet tonight.
