McGraw Woman Arrested After Sending Threatening Messages to Juvenile

A McGraw woman was charged with Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Misdemeanors following an investigation by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.

Officers responded just after 6 in the evening on Monday, February 2 for a harassment complaint that occurred on Route 222 in Cortlandville. The investigation found 19 year old Skylee S. Brown of McGraw, had sent threatening messages to a juvenile.

Brown was arrested later that evening and taken to the Sheriff’s Office for processing. She was arraigned the following morning and released on her own recognizance. Brown is due in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
