Update: Due to inclement weather, work has been postponed until Monday (April 4th) weather permitting.
Beginning Monday, March 28th, and continuing for a minimum of two weeks, McGraw Marathon road will be closed daily Monday through Thursday from 7am to 330 pm from the McGraw village line to Underwood Hill Road.
Motorists are urged to use Clinton St Ext as a detour around the project.
Cortland County Highway crews will be replacing nearly a dozen culvert pipes in that section of road, in preparation for later road resurfacing from the McGraw village line to Stramba Road.
This will complete the resurfacing of the entirety of McGraw Marathon Road, as the county did from Stramba Road to the Marathon village line last year.
