McGraw Man Arrested For Providing False Information

Just before 7 in the evening on Sunday, May 12th, offices from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Spring Street in McGraw for an investigation. The Sheriff’s Office says during that investigation, 60 year old Grady L. Mabry, provided officers with a false identity in an attempt to avoid an arrest for an active arrest warrant he had.

Officers arrested and charged Mabry with False Personation, a Misdemeanor. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Process and released. Mabry is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
