McGraw Man Arrested After Physical Altercation With a Minor

Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance in the Village of McGraw on Wednesday, January 17th just before 9 o’clock at night.

An investigation into the disturbance found 43 year old Michael J. Eaton of McGraw, had engaged in a physical altercation with someone under the age of 17 years old. Eaton was arrested as a result and charged with Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Misdemeanors.

The following day Eaton was arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Process and then released on his own recognizance.
