Marathon Man Charged With Criminal Contempt

Troopers were dispatched by Cortland County 9-1-1 back on June 26th for a reported domestic dispute at an address on Landers Corners Road in the Town of Marathon. After arriving on scene and investigating the reported domestic, Troopers learned the suspect, later identified as 34 year old Colton Lee of Marathon, had already left the scene.

The investigation further revealed Lee had violated an active order of protection. Troopers located and arrested Lee the following day around 7:30 in the evening. He was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st, a Felony. He was transported to the State Police Barracks in Homer for processing and later transported to the Cortland County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
