Earlier this month, we reported that Billy Jack Foster of Marathon struck several vehicles with gunfire in the town of Harford on May 1st.
Through a continued investigation, Officers from the Cortland Sheriff’s office arrested Foster again on May 15th for 3 counts of Reckless Endangerment and 3 counts of Criminal Mischief. (both Felonies)
Foster was arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment process and remanded to the Cortland County Jail on $1.00 cash bail.
He is scheduled to appear in the Harford Town Court on June 1st.
