A Cortland man was arrested by officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office after he failed to pay a taxi service in the Town of Cortlandville after receiving a ride from the taxi.
25 year old Logan J Case of Cortland was arrested at 3700 Homestead Ave. in Cortlandville on Tuesday, May 30th, and charged with Theft of Service, a Misdemeanor. Case was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later released with an appearance ticket.
Case is due back in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
