Man arrested for dispute inside moving vehicle on I-81
Local News December 7, 2020A Syracuse man was arrested last month for a dispute inside a moving vehicle on Interstate 81 near Homer.
State police say it happened on November 21.
Fifty-year-old Michael Gonzalez was a passenger in the vehicle. He reportedly struck the driver and caused substantial damage to the interior, while also tossing multiple items out the window.
Troopers soon located the vehicle around Noon on the interstate in the town of Preble.
Gonzales was charged with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.
He’s due back in court tomorrow.
