More Felony weapons and misdemeanor menacing charges – this time for an Owego Street man involved in an argument with two other men just after midnight Thursday.
Cortland Police say Anthony Perkins didn’t like what the men were talking about, and threatened them with a large knife.
The men left, and the police arrived and took Perkins to the county jail, where he remains today.
