A man from Summerhill is accused of pointing a handgun at three children in McGraw.
Thirty-year-old Bronson Marshall, of Lake Como Road, was involved in a domestic dispute that occurred sometime over the winter break for students.
McGraw Elementary School staff told police about the incident once classes returned on February 22.
An investigation was then opened by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department, resulting in a warrant that led to Marshall’s arrest on Saturday (April 3).
He is charged with three counts each of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and 2nd-degree Menacing, both class “A” misdemeanors.
Following arraignment, Marshall was released to reappear in Cortlandville Town Court tomorrow (Apr. 6) afternoon.
