The SUNY Cortland Women’s Lacrosse team beat New Paltz 16-9 to improve to 9-1 on the season. Hannah Lorenzen scored 5 goals and 3 assists, Kiki Meager, Hannah Keech, Hannah Tiso and Shelby Meduski scored 2 goals each, and Cecilia Procopio, Paige Hommel and Katie Goodrich scored 1 goal each.

Their next game is today at 2 PM against Plattsburgh.

The SUNY Cortland Baseball team split a doubleheader against Oneonta by scores of 22-1(W) and 2-1(L). Daniel Coleman went 4-4 with 7 RBIs and scored 4 runs to help lift the Red Dragons to 21-run victory.

Their next 2 games are Friday, April 30th against Brockport starting at a time to be determined later.

The SUNY Cortland Softball team split a doubleheader against by scores of 8-7(L) and 9-1(W). In their win, Kelly O’Gorman went 2-4 with 2 RBIs and Lexi Szesnat went 3-3 with 2 RBIs.

Their next 2 games will be Wednesday, April 28th against Potsdam starting at 3 PM.

The Syracuse Crunch played 2 games this weekend and won both. On Saturday, the Crunch beat the Rochester Americans 5-3. Henry Bowlby, Gabriel Fortier, Ryan Lohin, Taylor Raddysh, and Boris Katchouk each scored a goal to get the win for the Crunch.

On Sunday, the Crunch beat the Utica Comets 7-1. Lucas Carlsson and Ryan Lohin  scored 2 goals, Henry Bowlby, Andreas Borgman, and Cole Koepke each scored a goal in the victory to continue their win streak.

Their next game will be Wednesday, April 28th against the Utica Comets.

The Tompkins Cortland Community College played 2 doubleheaders against SUNY Adirondack and split both of them. On Saturday they won the 2nd game 13-9 and on Sunday they won the 1st game 4-0.

Their next doubleheader will be Tuesday, April 27th against Cayuga Community College.
