
You might have seem him with a backpack filled up with special weights on city streets last month. The activity is called rucking. Rucking is simply walking with weight in a large backpack. It requires strength and endurance, which makes it great cardio for those who hate cardio.
Local resident Dustin Sherman, a local rucker, who’s also apart of the local ruck club, JTM Ruck Club, decided to ruck every city street from the dead ends to the most popular city streets. He’s also rucked for some great local and regional causes, like Catholic Charities food panty. He joined Mike Eves the other morning to discuss where he got this idea and more. Listen below:
