Local Children’s Book to Help Youth and Animal Rescues

The Adventures of Doodle & PewPew is a children’s book series created by local author Eric Doane. The series was created to raise money for animal rescues and follows real life stories of Doane’s dogs Doodle the German Shepherd and PewPew the Beabull. Courageous Doodle is the first installment in that series and is a true story about when PewPew came home and how scared Doodle was of him due to being a rescue dog and having bad experiences with little dogs in his first home. The series is intended to raise awareness for rescue animals and support animal rescues while also teaching children about important life lessons. It is brilliantly illustrated and is receiving tremendous feedback on the book’s Facebook page, The Adventures of Doodle & PewPew.

The book is currently in pre-sale on Amazon and will be released on June 4th. The author, Eric Doane, will be doing a book signing at All My Friends Books on Main St. in Cortland on May 24th from 1-3pm where you can pick up an advanced copy and meet the author. He would love to meet you there and hopes you’ll be the first to get your copy and support a great cause and local business!
