A Lisle man was arrested on Sunday after using a stolen credit card at an auto part store on Upper Front Street in Binghamton.
James Lynch, 25, of Lisle was found with more than a dozen Vicodin pills and a woman’s credit card according to the Broome County Sheriff’s office.
The woman said she had lost her card on February 8th and it was charged twice before he was caught.
On Sunday Lynch was arrested and is being charged with two felony’s, criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Lynch has since been released on an appearance ticket.
