The Cortland County legislature hired Victoria Monty as the first full-time County Attorney.
She’ll start April 11 at a yearly salary of $96,238, plus expenses.
Monty was most recently a county Assistant District Attorney, and was a partner in the law firm of the previous county Attorney.
