The winners are in for this year’s Voting PSA contest, sponsored by the Cortland County League of Women Voters.
In first place: ‘Voting’ PSA. Created by Kaitlyn Egolf and Kortney Slavic.
In second place: ‘The Pen is Mightier Than the Sword ’PSA. Created by Carrick Knarr and Brynn Theriot.
All four are students at Seven Valleys New Tech Academy.
The competition was sponsored by the Cortland County League of Women Voters and Tompkins County League of Women Voters.
