Law Enforcement Finds Man Wanted on Warrant – Found in Possession of Drugs

Just after 4 in the afternoon on Friday, October 3rd, the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office says officers located 34 year old Ian M. Bleck, who is listed as homeless, within the City of Cortland. The Sheriff’s Office says Bleck had an active warrant for his arrest.

While officers were taking Bleck into custody for his active warrant, officers found him to be in possession of controlled substances. He was additionally charged with 2 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th, a Misdemeanor. Bleck was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later arraigned on his warrant and also issued an appearance ticket for his drug charges. Bleck is due in Cortland City Court later this month.
