Those traveling to Downtown Cortland will have to plan their trip accordingly as a new maintenance access point will be installed near the intersection of Main, Groton, and Clinton Ave.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane within the work area. The maintenance access point is in preparation for the repair of the sewer mains under Main Street. Construction crews will also be installing new water and sewer laterals along the west side of Main Street during this time.
