The Kiwanis Club of Cortland is holding their 5th annual PB&J food drive to collect at least 250 jars of peanut butter and jelly. The drive will run from January 17th to February 7th, just in time for National Peanut Butter Day, which is January 24th.
The food collected will be distributed after the drive to local food pantries and CAPCO’s Snack Pack Program. Last year, the drive had over 1,100 jars collected and were able to help eleven local food pantries in the county.
The Kiwanis Club of Cortland has been helping the Cortland Community since 1936. Those interested in participating in the food drive, drop off locations for jars include Optivision on Tompkins Street or CAPCO on North Main Street in the City of Cortland.
