On Friday (November 20), a state supreme court justice ordered a prompt review of all contested ballots in the race for New York’s 22nd Congressional District.
Each county must submit any ballots-in-question by today, with a final count — including affidavit ballots — then expected at some point tomorrow.
Among the eight counties in NY-22, Cortland and Tioga were the only to report no contested ballots.
That leaves Oswego, Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, Broome, and Chenango.
Just over 200 votes separates the two candidates, with Tenney hanging onto a lead that was nearly 30k before absentee counts began.
