Johnson City High School’s Lucian House has signed his NJCAA Letter of Intent to come to Tompkins Cortland Community College and join the Panthers lacrosse program. A two-time all-league defender for the Wildcats, House played his club lacrosse with Gaffers Elite Lacrosse.
