Jersey Mike’s Subs to Open Location on Busy Route 13 Corridor in Cortlandville – Opening Planned For Second Half of 2026

Jersey Mike’s Subs, with over 4,000 locations nationwide, plans to open a new location sometime towards the end of 2026 in the Town of Cortlandville. Kyle Potvin of Splash Communications, who represents Jersey Mike’s Subs, confirmed the location at 879 Route 13 in Cortlandville. She added the new location is expected to open sometime between June and December in 2026.

The wide-range in a tentative opening date is due to the delayed construction of the new shopping center, which is being developed on the land between 7 Brew and AT&T on Route 13. Construction for the shopping center, which will have four store fronts, is expected to begin in early 2026.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is a fast-casual sub sandwich restaurant. According to Jersey Mike’s, they serve authentic fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs on freshly baked bread.
